Sterling + Modern is a full-house remodel project that embodies the essence of modern lifestyle with focus on functionality and sophistication. The project involved gutting and redesigning multiple spaces to create a cohesive, contemporary home.
The kitchen and dining space were opened up to create a fluid entertaining area with a large island, custom cabinetry, and high-end integrated appliances. A feature wall in the living room anchors the space, complemented by a modern fireplace that serves as both form and function.
